Our Commitment:
Sustainability & Community
At Lily & Wild, we believe our responsibility extends beyond exceptional food and hospitality. We are deeply committed to sustainability and meaningful community engagement in every aspect of our work.
We prioritise seasonal, natural and ethically sourced ingredients, working closely with local and national suppliers to support sustainable agriculture and reduce our environmental footprint.
Our approach is centred on celebrating the finest Irish produce while making conscious choices that benefit both our communities and the environment. From reducing waste and supporting local businesses to continually reviewing our sourcing practices, we are committed to delivering exceptional events with care, integrity and a lasting positive impact.
Ireland's Food Charter
Lily & Wild are proud signatories of Ireland's Food Waste Charter, demonstrating our commitment to reducing food waste across our business. This agreement reflects out commitment to measuring, reducing and reporting food waste throughout the food supply chain

Naas Racecourse
Our dedication to responsible practices goes beyond the kitchen.
As proud catering partners to Naas Racecourse, we are working together to make it the first racecourse in Ireland to eliminate single-use plastic cups. In collaboration with Eco-Friendly Cups, a reusable cup system is now in place at all race meetings. Guests pay a small refundable deposit for their cup, helping to significantly reduce waste while promoting environmental responsibility at large-scale events.

Re-turn ‘Return for Children’
We are also proud supporters of the Re-turn ‘Return for Children’ initiative — a nationwide programme that turns returned bottles and cans into real support for six national children’s charities.
Across our restaurants and at all events we cater for, including those at Naas Racecourse, Punchestown, and venues such as Goffs, we collect cans left behind by guests and contribute them directly to this important cause.

Community at Heart
Our people and our communities are at the heart of everything we do. Whether it’s through sustainability initiatives, food sourcing, or community partnerships, we are committed to making a positive impact wherever we serve.
