History & Heritage
Our journey began with the launch of Event Waiter whose mission was to approach things differently than what we do today. Originally focused on providing top-tier staffing for events, we quickly earned a reputation for excellence and reliability.
Over time, we combined our expertise and expanded our offerings, evolving into Lily and Wild, a full-service catering company that goes beyond expectations to deliver unforgettable events.
Staffing is where our story began, and it remains one of our greatest strengths. With the foundation laid by Event Waiter, we have always prioritised finding and training the best talent.

At Lily & Wild, we believe our responsibility extends beyond exceptional food and hospitality. We are deeply committed to sustainability and meaningful community engagement in every aspect of our work.
Sustainable Practices
Our dedication to responsible practices goes beyond the kitchen. As proud catering partners to Naas Racecourse, we are working together to make it the first racecourse in Ireland to eliminate single-use plastic cups. In collaboration with Eco-Friendly Cups, a reusable cup system is now in place at all race meetings. Guests pay a small refundable deposit for their cup, helping to significantly reduce waste while promoting environmental responsibility at large-scale events.
Re-turn ‘Return for Children’
Across our restaurants and at all events we cater for, including those at Naas Racecourse, Punchestown, and venues such as Goffs, we collect cans left behind by guests and contribute them directly to this important cause.
